・Guests with breakfast-included plans should inform restaurant staff of their room number.

2. Cortena Building NPC Parking Lot: Height limit 2.1m (Guest fee: Maximum 600 yen per 24 hours)
Two doors down to the left of the hotel, 3rd floor to rooftop

■Notes■

Guests with free parking plan must present their special card to the front desk before leaving the parking lot.
Guests with regular accommodation plan will be charged a fee each time they enter and leave the parking lot.
Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk. Payment will be made in cash at the front desk.
Motorcycles and mopeds require a reservation and cost 800 yen per night. Please contact the front desk.
We are not responsible for any troubles or damage to vehicles inside or outside the parking lot.
Fees paid at the parking lot cannot be refunded. Please be careful.

Room cleaning

For guests staying multiple nights, we will not enter your room to clean unless you request it.
Please stick one of the cleaning stickers on the inside of your room door on the outside of the door by 12 noon to give instructions.

We will enter the room and make the bed, change towels, clean the unit bath, change the trash, etc.

We will enter the room and only change towels and trash (no bed making or unit bath cleaning)
・Cleaning is not required
We will not enter the room to clean.
If you would like new towels, they will be given to you at the front desk. If you leave the ashtray, trash can, and used towels outside the door, we will collect them.
*From a hygienic management perspective, cleaning is not required for a maximum of two days. Therefore, we will clean once every three days.
*If you put any of the magnets on your room after 12 noon, we will not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.
*If smoking is discovered in a non-smoking room, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.

Others

・No one other than guests will be allowed to enter the rooms or onto the guest room floors.
Please use the lobby on the first floor for visiting.
Please refrain from wearing it on the public space.
